Premiere 26.0.2.2 appeared here for me. What are the new features in this version?

The 26.0.2 update specifically addresses an issue with Object Masks not being rendered when a project was sent to Adobe Media Encoder.  If you remain on Premiere 26.0.1 and never send Sequences with Object Masks applied to the footage, then you’ll never notice the issue.

This was released on 03/11 and the Premiere user guide was updated the same day.

When doing a web search, use “helpx Premiere” to focus the results on the official Adobe documentation.  For example, “helpx Premiere fixed issues”.

I got there from a forum search for 26.0.2 to a thread with this answer:

A link to this page was not included in the 26.0 release notice, but usually is. As you can see, it gets updated, but not predictably.

Sometimes it might be faster to do a quick internet search.

It will be safe but it is recommended that you never upgrade during a complex project.
