Premiere, AFX and Encoder don´t run

I´ge got a Adobe Abo since years. And i pay/paid the money every december for one year.

But now, i can´t work with Premiere. Look to the screenshot: "not available in your subscription, please purchase."

But that´s wrong.The third screeshot shows my "Adobe Account", in here you see all applications i bought.

What´s wrong here? I have to work for my clients. Please help me!

Hello. I did that, yes log in and out. First it works. But only 2 mins. The solution: Downgrade to PREMIERE 23.6 to 23.5

Now everything ist fine.
