Premiere and Encoder Beta can't load AEX and AEXD format. How can I resolve this issue?

I'm trying to install Premiere, Encoder, and After Effects beta, but Encoder and Premiere can't load .AEX or AEXD files. The software either freezes or force quits. How can I resolve this issue?

Thank you Jane, for helping me move it to the right place. Sorry, this is my first time submitting a question, so mistakes were inevitable.
Currently, I'm using both PP 2024 and 2025 versions simultaneously. I updated the 2025 version a few days ago but encountered a similar issue when loading Embient Light.AEX, so I reinstalled the 2024 version.
My OS is Window 10 Pro.
