Premiere and Media Encoder crash when opening

I recently updated to Mac OS Monterey. I am using the a Mac Trash Bin from 2013. 

Unfortunately, my Premiere and Media Encoder are failing to open as the app crashes before opening and asks for me to send a report. The software I am using is v23.2 as this is the version that is used at the workplace. 

I have also tried v23.1, v23.3 and v23.4 but still no luck. 

Please help
