Premiere CC 2018 keep crashing when import files!_05 (WIN)

Yep, I'm having the same issue. I am trying to import an audio file through file > import and as soon as I click on import, Premiere crashes. Windows doesn't even recognize that it's "not responding", and it'll be stuck until I restart my computer and reopen Premiere.
