Premiere CC 2019 consistant freeze and crash unless PC resets

Hey everyone,

I have a problem I can easily recreate.

I am on the latest Premiere CC 2019, if I'm working on Adobe products (Doesn't matter which) for enough time and then start up Premiere, on any project, once I begin any kind of playback, my entire computer freezes for about 20-30 seconds. If I then try again to do anything in Premiere, it will freeze again. On the third try it will freeze the computer until I hard reset it.

This even happens if my PC has been on overnight, without me using it, and then starting Premiere in the morning.

Whatever I do, I need to restart before using Premiere so it wont freeze and eventually crash.

Anyone have idea as what can be done, reinstalling did not help.

My specs are:

Windows 10 64bit Pro

i9-7940x CPU 3.10Ghz

128 RAM, GTX 1060 6GB

Adobe products on SSD

All Projects media on second SSD

Media Cache on third SSD

All drive space isn't close to being full
