I've never heard of this happening with MP4 files.  What makes you think it's so?

Actually, I just uploaded a flat profile from GH4 FHD .mov ALL-i, Canon 5D4 FHD .mov ALL-i, and Canon m50 IPB mp4 FHD. When I download the video from the SD cards, and play them, they are fine; however, when I add the videos into premiere’s timelime it gets added contrast, blacks, and color, I don’t know why?

i have looked through the entire color work space, but nothing is added. No LUTS, no color adjustment, I just can’t figure out what is causing this?

    Sounds like a monitor issue.

What monitor are you using, what color space is it set to, and have you calibrated it with a puck/software combo at the very least?

Pr works internally in video sRGB and Rec.709. It assumes the user knows how to set up an appropriate system for video broadcast standards. If done so, what shows internally in Pr and the scopes translates equally to other pro broadcast apps like Resolve.

If the system is not set up properly you will get mismatched views between players and apps.
