Premiere clip Becomes Offline when saving after effects project

the blue-labled clip uses adobe dynamic link between after effects. When saving the after effects file though it makes it offline. (i know i have to open both programs at the same time to make dynamic link work in the first place.) Why does this happen?

    Are you saving it with a different name?

    Where are you saving it to?

    The after effects file is saved to the same directory as the premire file. Its just whenever i save it some files become offline. And sometimes all of them. can transfering files via creative cloud storage with another computer with a diffrent os cause this problem? Sometimes it works and sometimes it fails.
