Premiere completely broken

Both Premiere Pro and Rush have been completely unusable.

When I import clips to Premiere they have the Media Pending screen indefinitely and nothing seems to fix it. It will also often stop responding when attempting to fix this. I tried using Rush but whenever I use any of its features it just stops responding. My graphics driver is updated fully and I have tried many fixes but none have worked. Please help I need to work on things.
