Premiere Connecting to the Wrong Media after using Replace Footage and moving the project

During the edit I've been using replace footage in premiere multiple time replacing the clips with a different treatments and with different names. At this point I saved and moved the all project foder in a different location.

Once I reopen the project everything was connected, no files were offline.

Nevertheless, the clips I have been replaced had the right name but they were connected to the old file, that had a different name. see img attached.
