Hey Everyone

Im Marlon

Premiere  hasn't stopped crashing for 2 months. I can't use it properly. The programs close randomly between 3 to 8 min, always surprising me and losing a lot of work. I have tried everything I could, I have done a lot of research.
Update the graphics video
To studio
Everything  updated. I reinstall premiere many times
I factory reset premiere
And as a last move yesterday I cleaned up every Adobe source by using the adobe cleaner app. Nothing has changed, I'm getting all kinds of error Messages Like
Premiere has not enough memory or low lever expectation  and all kinds of possible errors that premiere has.
90%  of the time it always ends up crashing my computer and I have to always force it to reset.
My computer freezed and turn black the whole time
I can't count how many projects I have lost because of these issues.

I have been brave enough to deal with this during these 2 months. Is totally unusable the program right now

Here are my computer specs
Lenovo Legion Y530
Device Name LAPTOP-B6JJ5S6V
Processor Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz

System type 64-bit operating system, x64 processor
Pen and touch input Touch or handwritten input is not available for this screen

Changing the CUDA GPU wont also work
Please Help
I cant express how frustrating this is

updates often make greater demands on your hardware and I don't see your video card on the list of approved graphics cards

Unfortunately projects are not backward compatible but there are some hacks around that may get you back up and running.  Just do some searching here and google.  You can also export an xml which will at least get your edits back in an earlier version but will probably not help as far as effects are concerned.

You might also try going to your project settings and try switching the renderer to software only.

As far as source properties, control click on a clip either in the timeline or the project window and choose...  wait for it... "properties."    Might be a few things we can suggest that would get you back up and running...

adobe premiere pro crashes everytime i open it. its not project specific. It loads any project fully, sometimes allows me to edit for a minute or so then crashes abruptly. sometimes it opens an error window, other times it just closes completely.

I have updated all my drivers, made sure my system requirements meet that of adobe, and installed the latest version of premiere (15.2). uninstalling, reinstalling, installing older versions and restarting my computer have not helped either. i've tried starting the program with my wifi off as well. Also have cleared the media cache.

any ideas as to whats going on?

Please tell us your system specs: OS version, Premiere version, amount of RAM, Hardware specs including graphics card and your source properties and sequence settings.   With that info we can start helping you.

What version of premiere are you using?  Was it working properly before you did an update?  If so, revert to the previous version that wasy working..

what are your source properties and sequence settings?  And what is the graphic card on your system?

16 gigs RAM is not a lot of RAM particularly if you're dealing with 4K or better material.   You might try a proxy workflow.

Thank you so much for the quick answer

What version of premiere are you using?

Im using 12.5 the most recent version

Was it working properly before you did an update?

Im not suere wich was the last versoin thtas qroked good since im having this troubles for around 2 month or more

but i think it was 14.7 or 14.8 but Im not sure

What are your source properties and sequence settings?

Im not suere what you mean with source propeties

but Im working with 4k Videos but downscaling it to Full HD

so my sequences are 1080, Even so, I have worked always like that and never had issue,  I Dont think it hast to be so much with the 4K because Premiere is closing even without using the program,

Im getting error and black screen by anymove I do

Im Wonder if Formating my computer will solve it but that will be the worse  move

I  Have an intel graphics UHD 630

I was working with 4k the whole time so i dont think is the problem

also i know when im upodating premiere whiel im working in a projet it tends to always lagg and give alot of bugg so Im wondering if i  downgrade the program if my current project will still work normal
