Premiere crash

Everytime I try to export this video (it's about 40 GB) to the H26 format it keeps rendering to 11% then stops loading. Only 40 sec of the video downloads before it crashes everytime. I updated both my Premiere and Media Encoder to the newest versions, but my project was made on the 2018 Premiere Pro. How do I fix this? Really need to upload assignment. Thank you

How long a file is this and what are the pixel dimensions and frame rate?  Make sure the drive you're exporting to can handle files of this size.  Fat32 has a file size limitation of about 4 gigs...
