Premiere Crash on launch

Hi

I've read through a few solutions here with no luck and I'm hoping somone has some thoughts. I'm on a 16" MacBook Pro with a Blackmagic eGPU pro. I also have FCP X on the same system. Everytime I've launched Premiere is doesn't get past the launch screen. I've trashed the library, I've reset the preferences. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it a number of times. I installed 14.3, and 13.1.5 - no luck.

you help is much appreciated!

Here's the crash log. It mentions "Invalid dylib load. Clients should not load the unversioned libcrypto dylib as it does not have a stable ABI."
