Premiere crash when asset is missing

My premiere pro keeps stalling on the load project box after stating that an asset from after effects is missing.  I now currently cannot open any project at all, no matter what project i try to open.  Even starting a new project.  I cannot get pass the loading screen.  I have also uninstalled and re-installed.  HELP (Im on a M1 mac pro 32GB sonoma 14.2.1)

RESOLVED.  Adobe remotely fixed the issue for me.... if anyone sees this, my issue was a corrupt personal prefrence file.  All is back to normal now

RESOLVED.  Adobe remotely fixed the issue for me.... if anyone sees this, my issue was a corrupt personal prefrence file.  All is back to normal now
