premiere crash when open files

I can open Premiere CC 2018 and create new project but as soon as I open existing files it crashes , freeze with white screen and I get a error message "erreur grave = serous error " !!!!

I 've ve just updated mac os to mac os 10.13.2  , the same,  restart without extension ..the same.... uninstall premiere and delete extension ,  and install Premiere again ...the same .... HELP !!!!  what should I do ?
