Premiere crashes constantly

Premiere Pro CC 12.0.1 crashes constantly. Sometimes immediately after the start. It's no fun with Premiere and a professional work is impossible. You do not get a specific error message. It only asks if you want to send a crash report. Davinci Resolve runs smoothly and has never crashed.

Any Ideas or I must cancel my Adobe account ?

    I try it again and again. And it crashes after one minute.

    Last message: "Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018 stops working.
    The program will not run properly due to a problem. The program will close and you will be notified when a solution is available."

    Try resetting the preferences:

    If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

    Reset a workspace

    Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.
