Question

Premiere crashes constantly on OS High Sierra

For the past 2 days, I've been trying to render a 407 mb music video, but Premiere seems not to be able to handle it and crashes.

I have an iMac 3.1 i5 with 16gb ram that was able to handle any project until 2 days ago.

Any suggestions or ideas are welcome.

Thank you!

Hi BLMD_IT,

Is there an error message after the crash? Please post the screenshot of the error.

What is the GPU model number?

Thanks,

Vidya.

assuming you have the latest version of premiere (cc 2017), reset your preferences - http://www.mediacollege.com/adobe/premiere/pro/troubleshooter/trash-preferences.html

otherwise, update to the latest version and reset your preferences.
