Premiere Crashes, It's not fair

From yesterday onwards Premiere is not allowing me to export an of the files I am working in Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017. On cotacting the support centre they are asking me to go to Pro CC 2018 or to go with the latest vesrion. But my machine is not compatable to handle the latest version. Is this fair? Why you insist us to go for the latets which I think is not even user frinedly comparted to earlier versions. Please resolve the issue an ssave the projects which we have done in the earlier versions, which are also paid ones....
