Premiere Crashes on Boot

Premiere worked fine yesterday, today, it won't open at all.  It just continues to crash.  I am not even trying to open a project.

Premiere 13.0.1
Windows 10

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling of Premiere.  I have not made any updates.

I'm a paying customer and under a deadline.  I will gladly pay for support, but Adobe seems to hide their phone numbers and chat links.

I got a hold of Adobe and let them remote into my system.  This process was very slow - I'm guessing they work on several different clients systems at the same time.  Finally, it was determined that it was something with Windows as Premiere worked when he created a new Windows User account.

And, that was it for the solution.  This means I need to move all email and everything over.  It's just not an easy option.

So, after he was done, I uninstalled all Adobe products, deleted all Adobe folders left over from Program Files, Program Files (x86) and ProgramData folders.  Then reinstalled.  That took about 30 minutes and everything is now working fine again.

So, watching the remote access helped me figure out how to fix it myself.
