Premiere Crashes when I try to use "Save as"_15

Not just Windows, this is happening to me all the time on Mac. Just did a new install on Mac High Sierra, Premiere 12.1. First job in it crashed when "Saveas". In my case workspace disappears leaving just the file tabs at the top. Nothing you can do but shut it down. I have had this problem on two different Mac systems now and it's a real PITA!! FFS Adobe sort it, God knows you have no problem inching up the subscription rate when you want to.
