Premiere Crashing Brand New Computer

I bought a brand new computer (M3, 16gb, 1TB, Sonoma) and yet... Premiere not only crashes but brings the whole laptop down with it. It freezes and restarts the whole computer system multiple times. I took it into Apple and they wiped it, I reloaded Premiere and it worked great for about 15 minutes... then the same issue. 

 

It's gotta be Adobe at this point but I have no idea how to go about fixing this issue. Would love any help!
