Premiere crashing on launch Premiere 23.5 Mac Ventura 13.5

I've reinstalled Premiere, opened with cache cleared, plugins disabled, etc. (all boxes checked), and it's still crashing on launch. It seems like it's happening at the end of the loading sequence, just as it's about to draw the full interface. I've moved on to Resolve, but I needed to export a ProRes from a Premiere project. Sigh...

Are you trying to launch it by double-clicking a project file? Can you try opening it by clicking the icon so that it doesn't load the project at launch? Did you see any crash reports?

I am on macOS Ventura 13.5.1 and Premiere Pro 2023 is crashing regularly and at random times. At launch, just a moment ago. Previously while editing. Total screen freeze. Can't force quit. Requires power off to reboot.
