Premiere crashing while preview

Hey I am new to premiere                                                   

My premiere crashes when I play the preview

It doesn't happens always but once in every 10 minutes.

First The preview plays on mute for some seconds and than if I keep pressing space, it crashes

Sometimes it disconnect to my tws and get back to normal.

I've already installed nvidia studio drivers.

Since I am just figuring out this software, i will genuinely appreciate any help in solving this.

    Frame Rate: Variable Frame Rate (VFR)

    Many users are having issues with VFR. 
    Use Handbrake to convert to constant frame rate before importing into Premiere Pro:

    Shutter Encoder may also be used to convert to Constant Frame Rate:    https://www.shutterencoder.com/en/

    Does it always crash on the same video? If so, there is a possibility that the file is corrupt. As mentioned please follow the link in the other post to give us important details.

    GPU: NVIDIA RTX 5050 GPU / Intel(R) UHD Graphic

    GPU Driver: NVIDIA Studio Driver 610.88

    SSD: WD PC SN5000S SDEPMSJ-1T00-1101 1TB

     

    4. Audio Hardware:

    OnePlus Nord Buds 3 (Bluetooth TWS)

    Audio Input set to: No Input

    Audio Output set to: Headphones (OnePlus Nord Buds 3)

    Container / Codec: GIFs, MP4  

    Source: Multiple footage types e.g., Screen recording, memes, Tiktoks
