Premiere CS6. Create moving crop position in video

Premiere CS6. Is it possible to crop a video from the left so that the crop moves to the right thus revealing what’s underneath? I have a video clip on track one. A title on track 2. A duplicate of video on track three and I would like to crop the track 3 video from the left to gradually reveal the title.

    You dont need the video in V3.

    Keyframe the crop effect on the title.

      Thank you for your quick reply that certainly answered my question as posted. I will certainly use that in the future. However, there was more to it than I could properly explain, so I have made an attachment that hopefully will explain what I would like to do.
