Premiere Editing and Saving on Shared Network

I work on shared network with mulitiple computers, but the project can only be saved on the same computer it was created on.  I've tried deleted the project lock and worked with the collaboration settings as this video suggests: https://youtu.be/azazmGR4Ldw, that hasn't worked.  The server has several terabytes so storage isn't the issue either. Currently the only solution is to save as each time the project is saved on a different computer, thisonly occurs with Adobe projects so it's not the server settings.  There has to be a better way, right?
