Premiere / Encore CS6 Moving Old Verion to New Laptop

Hi, I have bought a new laptop and I need to install Premiere CS6 because it has Encore CS6 and alot of my stuff is making DVDs / Blu Rays. I have CS6 installed on my old laptop and have a rolling subscription from Adobe for it each month. Is there any way I can install it on the new laptop? It is in my products list and I have tried downloading the parts (.exe file and zip file) but no luck on installing. A message of files need to be in the same place comes up, but when I try putting everything together it still doesn't work. Any help would be great, as I need Encore and will have to cancel altogether if I can't get it. Thanks very much.

If you installed Encore CS6 as part of a CC subscription, you won't be able to reinstall it and use it unless you have a serial number for it, as it no longer is part of the CC subscription.

I have a serial number but it doesn't work and I called Adobe, they said it wouldn't work either as they don't offer the product anymore. I have it installed on my new laptop as a trial, surely Adobe can just give me a new serial so I can use it. Just seems strange that I can't use it. I've been using CS6 for almost ten years and now I can't just because I changed laptop. Looks like I'll have to give up and try something different if Adobe can't offer me what I need any more. Any more suggestions, plese let me know. Thanks.

If you want CS6 (and Encore) running on your new laptop you need an EDL (from your account or ProDesign) or disk and a SERIAL NUMBER which you bought some years ago.
