Premiere error in final export of sequence

Question

I've edited together three segments of different video blocks on V1 plus added titles on V2. When I export to a final product I'm getting additional video frames that were edited out and do not appear when playing the sequence back on the Premiere timeline. Why is this happening? In addition when I tried to composite either JPEG graphics or Adobe Express renders -the entire program freezes?
