Premiere exports parts of the project audio without audio effects

Someone came across the horrible bug that one edits audio, EQ, compressor, etc., and suddenly in the export there are parts that are actually the original sound of the footage, and certain parts where you can hear the processing of the audio.
I just worked on a project hour and a half long (01:34:00:00 video) and it just sucks!!!! I don't have a solution for this matter.
