Premiere font fuzzy

Hi,

I am working on adding font into a video I am creating, and it looks very fuzzy when I play my video in Premiere. Does anyone know why this is happening? Will it be fuzzy when I export my video is complete and ready for export? I attached two image:

    How is title being added? What is Playback Resolution set to, perhaps 1/2 ?

    Sequence Settings being used? Important that they are matching the video being edited, as incorrect settings can provide poor results.

    As for "how will my output look", it would take almost no time at all to export a SHORT segment to test.
