When using Adobe Premiere with our products, it is not possible to route the audio from Premiere using both the ‘audio hardware’ tab and ‘playback’ tab at the same time. Doing so will result in problems. To set up audio correctly in Adobe Premiere…

Make sure your Blackmagic Desktop Video device is NOT set as the default audio

device for your computer’s system audio.

    1. On Mac, go to system preferences and select ‘built-in mic’ as the input and ‘internal speakers’ as the output.

On Windows, go to the task bar and right click on the audio ‘speaker’ icon to open the sound settings. Click on the ‘playback’ tab and set your PC to use the on board sound hardware or a sound output device other than your Blackmagic Design hardware. Click on the ‘recording’ tab and set the computer to use a recording device other than your Blackmagic Design hardware.

    2. Go to Adobe Premiere’s audio hardware preferences and set ‘Adobe desktop audio’ to ‘built-in output’ using the dropdown menu. Also set ‘output mapping’ to ‘Adobe desktop audio’.

    3. In the ‘playback’ preferences, go to ‘audio device’ and set it to ‘Blackmagic playback’. Ensure the ‘Blackmagic playback’ checkbox is also selected under the ‘video device’ settings.

i already seen this solution in internet, and really works. The problem is that you only can use the card BMD (in my case, decklink studio 4k) with adobe premiere. If you want reproduce one video in xd-cam viewer or vlc, you cant, you must have other card for this. I already tried duplicate the sound with reproduce devices, but dont works, hangs too.
