Premiere Freezing Computer and Screens Flicker Black

I have been experiencing the same issue for about a year now with Premiere. I have only found one community page that had the same issue but that was created 4 years ago. 

I will be editing and randomly my computer will freeze, my dual monitors will flicker black a few times then my main monitor will just stay black forcing me to restart my computer and open everything back up. Happens about 3-5 times a day on average. 

I deleted the cache, all my drivers are up to date, and Premiere is up to date as well and this still happens...

Adobe, please fix this issue as it affects my work.
