Premiere Fresh Install - Event Trigger on Launch - Missing Font

I've just installed Premiere Pro CC and every time I launch it I am greeted with an event error - Missing Font: LegacyOutlineBoldGrunge. I haven't even created a project yet so this isn't a missing font error for an existing project. A complete reinstall doesn't fix the issue. How do I fix this please?

I don't have that font installed either, so it doesn't seem to be required for the software to run.

This one's got me stumped.
