Premiere gets stuck in one frame

Hi

I've build a new pc with the following parts:
Motherboard Asus Proart Z970-Creator
Intel i9 13900K
64GB RAM 5600
GPU Asus 4080 TUF 16GB OC Edition
Files on a Samsung 980 Pro 1TB and Media Cache on a SSD Lexar 1TB (These disks are only for video editing)

But I still struggle with Premiere Pro, it keeps getting stuck in some clips (4K 8bit Cine4) and specially on Essential Graphics. 

Do you have any suggestion for me to get this working?
Because I'm starting to get annoyed with this.
