Premiere has become unusable - goinf off links and Media pending

I have a good-performance PC and having huge problems with Premiere, both on my internal SSD and external drives. My files are occasionally going offline, and upon batch relinking, sometimes errors occur, especially with proxy files. This significantly reduces my efficiency and spend time also make errors; also It is not reliable and I lose even more time double-checking every second of exported video. Then, Media pending is a constant problem; even after Premiere load all media, I get the message in the middle of the work also when I start the export. I tried every workaround, but the still problem persists.

Premiere is also prone to crushing.

It is still Ok for short videos but practically unusable for anything longer.

Any idea what do to?

I work with Premiere already 15 years with manz computers and versions, but now I am seriously thinking switching to Da Vinci Resolve.
