Premiere has made all my cuts on the timeline start from the beginning of the source code

I opened up a project of mine to edit some audio files that I previously worked on and all the clips seem to have started from the beginning. Every cut I made and single clip start from the beginning of the clips sourcecode. Not sure what went wrong, but premiere has been really buggy lately and now I have to recut it from the beginning. Would be helpful to no why so I won't have to go through this again...
