We can't say for sure that there's a problem with your BlackMagic configuration; we only know, from experience, that "BMDCO_" is one of their files. 🙂 

If you're using a BMD device, we recommend installing their latest drivers.

That seemed to work. So is there an issue with BlackMagic? It is something I use every so often.

"BMDCO_" == BlackMagic drivers. Do you have BlackMagic video hardware installed? I'd recommend uninstalling the driver, for testing purposes.
