Premiere keeps quitting on me

Basically, when I reopen the most recent project and stabilize/render clips, the program shuts down at roughly the same point and attempts to save my project. Pretty much like a broken record at this point.

It all started with a clip not playing back or rendering well when I tried to see if an effect was working, so I made proxies for the clips (made program run faster along with minor adjustments to display). I was recently notified that I'm running low on storage on Creative Cloud and wasn't permitted to do anything until I got it sorted out. After deleting unneeded projects, I opened Premiere to find I could work again and that the alert wasn't there anymore. This project does have a couple of sequences and roughly 300 clips (along with an unrelated project with a small amount of files in comparison), would this have something to do with Premiere crashing? Yes, I have disinstalled the program, turned off all other programs and turned off the computer.

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives, (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?

    You can try:

    Resetting the preferences:

FAQ: How to reset preferences in Premiere Pro?

If that doesn't work, try resetting the Workspaces:

    Reset a workspace

Reset the current workspace to return to its original, saved layout of panels.

    1. Do one of the following:
      • Click the Workspace menu icon and select Reset to Saved Layout.
      • Choose Window > Workspace > Reset to Saved Layout.

    from here:

If that doesn’t work, try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

False alarm, that technique allowed the program to run smoother, not necessarily keep it from shutting down. Also, I took a break and edited a personal project yesterday and not once did the project close down. Weird.

There are no hard drives plugged in, would you be able to explain the graphics driver method a bit more? The problem appears to be the project taking up all the space now. It's virtually the only thing stored in the Creative Cloud Files, still it claims there is no space.

Do you only have one hard drive?

What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
