Premiere "lens blur" like Lightroom Classic?

While I still like using as "fast" lens to isolate the subject in photos/video, the "lens blur" effect in Lightroom, I think, works really well - look tasteful and realistic.

Since I haven't found that feature in Premiere, I instead applied the lens blur to a video frame grab in Lightroom, and then pasted the deveop settings to the video.  And even though "lens blur" is one of the pasteable settings, Ligtroom did NOT apply the blur to the video.

So...

Has anyone heard a rumor as to when Premiere might get  the lens blur feature?

Or...

Is there a decent pluging/method to realistically create bokeh in Premiere? 

I've seen the gaussian blur method - but I'm lazy - plus I don't like how gaussian blur looks.

Any ideas?
