Premiere Mobile Projects Not Syncing

I use Premiere Mobile on both my iPad and iPhone. I was working on a project on my iPhone. When I opened Premiere Mobile on my iPad, I expected the project to be there, but none of the iPhone projects were available on the iPad. 
 

How do I get the Premiere Mobile projects on my iPhone to sync and be available on my iPad?  Thanks,
