Premiere - Multiple videos, but not all show

I am working in Premiere (I have the most recent version in Adobe Creative Cloud).  I have multiple videos (4), but only 3 will play.  (See screencast: Vidyard GoVideo Recording - Vidyard GoVideo

I am working on a PC, Windows 10.

I have tried all of the Video Rendering options.

I have deleted the video from the project and brought it back in.

All other videos that I bring over, work fine.

What in the world am I doing wrong??

Thanks for your help!

My best guess is that the resolutions don't match. I bet that animated clip is a larger resolution than your timeline settings. Try right clicking your Lower Third in V3 after dragging it in and select "Set to Frame Size." If that works, it was just a resolution mismatch. Make sure your sequence settings match the majority of your footage!
