Premiere não reproduz os vídeos na timeline.

Estou com um grande problema. Atualizei para o Premiere Pro CC 2021 e desde então o app não consegue reproduzir nenhum vídeo. Nem na timeline da sequência e nem na prévia. Já reinstalei meus drivers de vídeo, reinstalei o premiere, mas nada funciona. Minha configuração de PC é esta: Win 10 Pro + AMD Ryzen 3 + 16gb RAM + RADEON RX550 4gb. 
Podem me ajudar? Já não sei o que fazer.

A clean reinstallation of video drivers and not just a reinstallation can help.

 

Still not working? Try Preferences > Media and disable Hardware Decoding options. With Projects closed, choose Preferences > Media Cache. Delete media cache. Close Premiere Pro. Reboot. Trash preferences upon restarting Premiere Pro. Start with a new project. How are things behaving now? Let us know.
