premiere no reconoce tarjeta grafica

hola a todos, 

desde hace 2 semanas, premiere dejó de reconocer mi tarjeta grafica. es una nvidia gtx1650. es un problema de premiere, ya que after effects, lightroom, illustrator, reconocen bien la tarjeta. ya probé desinstalando la versión actual y poniendo una mas antigua (me mandarón una del 2023 y se solucionó), pero no es la solución real, no creo pagar para tener una versión de hace 2 años atras. instalé en forma limpia los drivers de nvidia, pero el problema sigue.

 

tengo windows 11 pro.  32gb de ram 2133 mhz ddr4.  un procesador intel I9-10900 KF y la tarjeta grafica que mencioné. ojalá puedan ayudarme...ya que los agentes de premiere son incapaces de hacerlo.

    What specifically is the problem?

     

    If the option to change GPU mode is "grayed out",  that means your GPU is in use. As always, only for the things Premiere uses the GPU for. It's not just another add-on for the CPU to use. It does very different math/coding, and is used only for specific things.

     

    You can't deselect it now, they reversed the behavior. Which is confusing. Very confusing.

     

    Well, you can go to software only ... but only by closing Premiere, and on launching it again, hold down the shift key, and select "software only" from that dialog box.

    Actually, because they changed the default behavior, you've got it backwards. It's confusing now.

     

    When it's grayed out like that, it's because you can't deselect the GPU. 

     

    And yea, that's confused A LOT of users!

     

    Your GPU IS in use, for what Premiere uses a GPU for, which is a very  specific set of things.

     

    To deselect a GPU, to go to 'sofware only', you now have to close, and then launch Premiere while holding the Shift key down, selecting "software only" from the options there.
