Premiere not broadcasting signal to my HDMI monitor

Question

I'm running a MacBook Pro M3pro with a second monitor via Display port (using a calldigit hub via thunderbolt).

im trying to plug an HDMI monitor (via hdmi output on the computer) so I can have a clean program signal from Premiere and although Mac OS recognises this monitor and lets me use it as a second extended screen, Premiere isn't pumping the signal once I check its box on the Playback settings page. (Mercury transmission box is ticked).

any help much appreciated.

I've managed to sort it it seems. through a long investigation in here I've learned that the only way a 3 monitor setup works is if the main première window is located at the main screen, which in my case it's my MacBook Pro screen. I usually make my larger monitor the main work screen, but I have now to put the main window on my Mac screen.
I still put all the stuff I need on my larger monitor (timeline, program and source windows) but keep the project and the track audio window on my Mac screen.

If I move the main screen over to the larger external monitor, the 3rd screen which is where I have the clean signal (marcury transmit) stops working.

go figure. Makes no sense but as longs as it works all good.

just though of leaving this here in case more people are not aware of this Premiere's eccentricity.

It feels somehow like when I found a secret combination of commands on my Nintendo and gave Mario extra lives.
