Premiere not opening in OS Sierra, what now?

Hi,

There is another discussion about this issue, but I was asked to make a new topic.

I'm currently working on a new Mac, with the new OS Sierra. I'm not using Timemachine. I used the Migration Assistant to copy al files and preferences on the new Mac. After all that, Premiere was the only program in CC '17 so far that's not working. The only difference with my older machine is the OS: Sierra.

When I try to open Premiere, it is there for one second and then it's gone. No errors, nothing.

The other discussion shows me that Adobe announced Sierra as an supported OS, but there are still others that won't get the program working. Now including me. It's impossible for me to go back to El Capitan, even with a clean install. Apple simple wouldn't allow it. I tried to download El Capitan from the Appstore, but it was refused. I don't have a Timemachine backup, so that option won't work either.

So I see 2 options, without solution:
1) I go back to El Capitan, but don't know how

2) Adobe shows me how to get Premiere working on Sierra

And yes: I've rebooted a couple of times, also re-installed Premiere (2017).
