Premiere not saving file where I want it

So it's not a major issue, just something that's more irritating than anything. But for some reason on my work computer whenever I create a new project & then choose where I want it to save at, it always saves outside the folder I choose & not inside it. When I do it on my personal laptop it saves it exactly where I want & I have no issues. I don't know if there's a setting I need to change to get it to save right where I ask it to. Also when it saves outside where I chooose to put it, it has the name set to foldername/projectname.prproj
