Premiere Playback Freezes When keyframing or using some Effects

I have used premiere before and this never happed but now after I reinstalled premiere (after getiing a virus through log4j in minecraft a long time ago) Its happening

also I have a bad pc so it does warn me but it did work perfectly before but now it freezes

Hi,

Does this happen with some specific effects, or with any effect? Can you please name those effects?

Few more things that could help us - what are the sequence dimensions and which renderer (software/CUDA etc.) is being used?

For a specific effect: Crop and Blur (or anything related to blur)

Most of the time, It happens when I adjust things in effect controls panel

Also, it happens when I try to preview videos

I have Intel i3 6006u (I think) with integrated graphics 4 GB ram latest version of Windows 10

And yes I have tried clearing cache files.

Bad news for you; sorry. Your PC is simply not powerful enough to run the latest version of Premiere Pro. You *may* get an earlier version to work better.
