Premiere Por CC 2017 wont' open any project

Hello,

Every time I open Premiere Pro CC 2017 (actually happened already with version CC2015) I get the open where I can rather create a new project or open an existing one.

Doesn't matter if I create an new one or open an existing one, as soon as I push the "open" button" the program seem to progress, it get stuck and I only get the psychedelic mac wheel.

I tried to unistall and reinstall the program but the error keeps happening.

any suggestions?
