Premiere Pro 12.1.2 h264 export not opening in Quicktime Player 10.4

Hello all,

If any one has a fix for this, please share.

Updated to new Premiere Pro 12.1.2 and exported a video into h264 codec. Quicktime player version 10.4 opens it, but shows no video, although the audio does play.

Opened the same file in VLC player and it played back fine.

Uploaded the same h264 file to Google Drive and google's player played it back fine as well.

Renders done in previous versions of Premiere Pro are opening fine in Quicktime 10.4 - both video and audio are present.

Not sure whats going on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just figured it out!

I was previously on MacOS Sierra 10.12.6

Updated it now to MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6  and quicktime is no longer having any issues playing the file. Both video and audio work.

Just figured it out!
