Premiere Pro 14.3.1. will not decode ProResRAW

Hi folks,

I recorded a few clips with Lumix S5 to Atomos Ninja V in ProRes RAW. However, these clips would not decode in my Premiere Pro 14.3.1. I did install Apple decoder (v1.3) and I updated my graphics card drivers (AMD Radeon Vega64). If it's important, I am on Windows 10, pretty powerful machine.
