Premiere Pro 14.3 and Blackmagic Decklink SDI 4k

Hi all - For some reason I can't get any input to capture from my Decklink Card. This would be my first go-around trying to use a capture card, so kind of in the weeds here. I've looked in other posts and even tried to set my sequence up as a Blackmagic format, but it still didn't work.

you might turn to blackmagic support.  I've got a blackmagic intensity pro card installed in my venerable (2009) macpro.  You need to install the blackmagic app and go in to the system preferences to set it up properly.  Might be worth some digging in that direction.
